Bluetooth Call Center Headset

We’ve written before about good headsets for the call center, but now we’ll show you how to have a great bluetooth call center headset. It’s really simple.

All you need is a basic bluetooth headset. Then find a bluetooth celphone adapter. Finally, get a cord that will connect from your office phone to the bluetooth adapter.

I got a simple little phone cord from Cisco Headset Adapter. It was about $20 with shipping.

Then I bought a Jabra A210 bluetooth cell phone adapter. I found a pretty good deal online, so this unit only cost about $30 with shipping.

Finally, I bought a cool bluetooth headset. You just need a basic one, but I went with the spiffy BlueAnt z9 model. It was about $70 with shipping.

In the end, my bluetooth office headset system cost about $120. Not bad, right?
